01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the mmbet platform, website, and all associated services. Access to mmbet is offered to you conditional on your acceptance, without modification, of all the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of mmbet constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

mmbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms are written in English and all communications between mmbet and its players will be conducted in English. If any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. mmbet operates as an online entertainment platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether online betting and casino activity is lawful in your location before registering or depositing.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the mmbet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. mmbet is an 18+ platform without exception. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any part of the platform.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, and not using another person's identity or payment credentials.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from mmbet or had an mmbet account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or agent of mmbet or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You are not using the platform in a jurisdiction where online betting or casino activity is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

Age Verification

mmbet enforces strict age verification procedures. At the time of account registration, you are required to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Prior to processing any withdrawal, mmbet may request documentary proof of age and identity (KYC — Know Your Customer verification). Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence.

If mmbet has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. If the player is found to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all bonuses will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method used for deposit, less any winnings generated, which shall also be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of mmbet services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) mmbet account. It is strictly prohibited to open multiple accounts, whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or through a third party. If mmbet determines that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and the player's primary account may also be closed depending on the circumstances of the violation.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mmbet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. mmbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mmbet immediately by contacting the support team at [email protected]. mmbet will investigate and take appropriate action to secure your account.

Accurate Information

You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration and keep your account details up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or payment method details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

KYC Verification

mmbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity, age, and payment method ownership. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (national ID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered phone number)

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the required documents are provided and approved.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All account transactions on mmbet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). mmbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods and transaction limits may vary and are subject to change.

Deposits

Deposits are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable method-specific limits are displayed at the point of deposit in your account dashboard. mmbet does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Funds deposited into your mmbet account must be used for betting and gaming activity on the platform. mmbet accounts are not banking accounts and deposited funds do not accrue interest.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your account dashboard. Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are designed to process within 60 seconds under normal conditions, though processing times may be longer during peak periods or where KYC verification is pending.

mmbet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals of amounts above certain thresholds. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit.

Dormant Account Funds

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. mmbet may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts where a balance remains. The dormancy fee will not reduce an account balance below zero. Players with dormant accounts are encouraged to log in and contact [email protected] to arrange withdrawal of their remaining balance.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

mmbet offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and free-play credits to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated clearly at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your mmbet account are subject to wagering requirements. This means that the bonus amount (and, where specified, the deposit amount) must be wagered a certain number of times before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms at the time of the offer.

Bonus Abuse

mmbet takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: claiming welcome bonuses across multiple accounts, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as "bonus hedging"), or any other strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine recreational play. mmbet reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where abuse is suspected, and to close accounts involved in systematic bonus abuse.

Promotional Changes

mmbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account before the change takes effect, provided those funds are within their original validity period.

Seasonal Promotions

mmbet runs seasonal promotional campaigns aligned to major Bangladeshi cultural and sporting events, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), BPL cricket tournaments, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup events. Specific terms for each seasonal campaign are published on the mmbet Bonus page at the time of the promotion. All seasonal promotions are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.

06 Betting Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming on mmbet is subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, game, or event. By placing a bet or entering a casino game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. General betting rules that apply across all mmbet sports markets are set out below.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit bet confirmation from the mmbet platform, along with a unique bet reference number. mmbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time before confirmation, including where: the bet is placed on an event whose outcome is already known; where the odds displayed were the result of a technical error; or where mmbet has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the event.

Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event that odds, lines, or payouts are published in error — including palpable errors where odds are clearly incorrect relative to the true market — mmbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. mmbet will make all reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly. Players who knowingly exploit erroneous odds or payouts may have their accounts reviewed and restricted.

Event Cancellation and Postponement

Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed, bets on that event will be handled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport. In general: if a cricket match is cancelled before a result is determined, pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. In-play bets settled before the cancellation stands will not normally be reversed unless the event was abandoned due to confirmed integrity issues.

Casino and RNG Games

All casino games on mmbet — including slots, table games, and live dealer products — use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate for the long-term statistical performance of each game and do not guarantee any specific outcome in an individual session. Results in any single gaming session are random and independent of previous results.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mmbet platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using mmbet to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any fraudulent activity or money laundering operation. All transactions are monitored for AML compliance.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to the platform by a person under 18.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one player account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker product, or betting market.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, meet wagering requirements, or interact with any part of the platform without human input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer in respect of a deposit made to mmbet, except where genuinely fraudulent use of your payment method is involved. Illegitimate chargebacks will result in account suspension and recovery of the charged-back amount.
• Platform Abuse: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the mmbet platform, reverse-engineer any mmbet software, or introduce malicious code, viruses, or exploits into the platform.
• Impersonation: Impersonating any mmbet employee, support agent, or other player, or misrepresenting your identity in any communication with mmbet.

08 Account Closure & Termination

Either you or mmbet may close your account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure by the Player

You may request to close your mmbet account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, you should withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with a positive balance at the time of closure request will have the balance returned to the verified payment method on file, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including problem gambling concerns — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature in their account settings, which provides a faster and more protective closure mechanism than standard account closure. Self-exclusion prevents re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period.

Closure by mmbet

mmbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• A player's request for self-exclusion
• Regulatory requirements or a change in the legal status of online betting in the player's jurisdiction

Where an account is closed by mmbet due to a breach of these Terms, mmbet reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file within a reasonable processing period.
